Pressed full gratings
Construction of full gratings:
Full gratings are manufactured from bearing and non-bearing bar same height and weight.
For both bars is cutted molding slot.
Then, we join together all bars in mutually perpendicular directions and subsequently they are pressed together..
Full gratings are mainly used as facades gratings, awning- sunlights (separate slats),
but also as gratings for high-loadand mainly for coverings of draining canals.
Standard parameters of mesh : 33×22, 33×33, 33×44, 33×66
Parameter of bearing bar 30×2, 35×2, 40×2, 50×2 30×3, 35×3, 40×3, 50×3
Edging full gratings is with standard tape.
Recommendation : For assembly square full gratings to structure support are bearing bar of grating that one, which is laying down with cutted molding slot on upper edge of tape.
