Fixing steel gratings type SP and P
Steel grating has to be fixed in 4 point of steel construction, ideally in corners,
GRATING is offering clambs for every type of manufactured gratings :
hot-dip galvanized according to standard EN ISO 1461, for stainless steel are standards AISI 304 and AISI 316.
Standard clamb 133K(T)
Is used for fixing SP also P gratings with
mesh size 34/38 mm ( 33/33 ) mm
to I,T profile for steel construntion.

Double clamb 933K(T)
Is used for joining two gratings together
thats mainly in places, where can happen
major deflection between connected gratings.

Is used on places, where vibrations are loosening clambs and creating opportunity for slipping from steel contruction.
Type 334K is used for fixing
forge-welded SP gratings with mesh 34/38
Type 633K is used for fixing
pressed P gratings with mesh 33/33
Clamb P10 for small mesh
Is used for fixing gratings with small mesh in one dirrection 10mm with usage of flat plate and lower bracket.
Hooking clamb 734K
Is used for fixation profile gratings for steel construction,
with special lower hooking bracket.
For his correct size is necessary to specify
type and size of profile for steel construction.
Shooting clamb HILTY
Is used for fast fixation of gratings to profile for steel construction.
Beacouse it very well ressisting against vibrations, profiles for steel construction, the clamb HILTY in full range of quality is replacing safety also hooking clambs.
Shooting clamb consists of shooting spike with thread M8
and special plate with inside thread M8.
For assembly is necessarry to use special shooting popgun.
