Usagee:
Pressed gratings type P, like SP gratings, are used in engineering, chemical, food, heavy indutry and agroculture wherever the passage of light, air, dust and water is requiered. They serve as pedestrian and mobile footbridges, technological platforms, stairs, supporting parts of shelving and fence systems, ceiling, facade and dividing elements of buildings.

Contructions of P gratings and mesh parameters :

Pressed gratings are reffered to as P. They cosist of  load bearing and non-load bearing tapes. where the no-load bearing tapes are pressed into each other into load bearing tapes with shaped grooves by means of high pressure about 20 000KN. In this way, a solid and durable gratings contruction is achieved. Subsequently, the Sp gratings produced by this way are lined with edging tape, mainly about the size of bearing tape. P gratings are manufactured in varius mesh sizes. In the orders, we state the spacing of meshs, which is the axial distance between the bearing tapes and non-bearing tapes.

P gratings for high load using bearing tapes:
30×5, 40×5, 50×5, 60×5, 70×5, 80×5, 90×5, 100×5, 110×5

Parameters for pressed gratings:
P gratings with standard bearing tapes are manufactured in maximum lenght L = 2200 mm and maximum width B =2000 mm.
For P gratings for high load are max. size 2000 x 2000 mm.
