Use :
SP grating are used in various areas of industry, mainly in engineering , chemical, food, heavy industries, contruction and agriculture, wherever the transmissions of light, air, dust or water is requiered.
Tjey serve as walkable and mobile footbridges, technological platforms, stairs, supporting part of shelving and fence systems, as well as ceilings, facades and dividing elements of buildings.
Their advantages are high load capacit, low weight, long service live and easy installation.
Contructon of SP gratings and mesh size :
Gratings are made of load-bearing tapes adn non-load bearing wires O Ø 4,8mm.
Twistead wires are a method of resistance welding, thats combinations of pressure 1000kN and electric current of 2500 kVA , welded to an unattenuated cross-section of the bearing tape.
Subsequently, the SP gratings produced in this way are lined with edging tape maily about size of the bearing tape.
SP grating are manufactured in various mesh sizes. In the orders , we state the spacing of meshs, which is the axial distance between the support tapes and the non-support wires.

SP gratings are making in standart parameters :
30×2, 30×3, 40×2, 40×3, possibly 25×2, 25×3
SP gratings for high-load are used:
30×4, 30×5, 40×4, 40×5, 50×5, 60×5, 70×5.
Dimensions of SP gratings :
Steel gratings are poduced as a semi-finished product as standard in a load-bearing lenght of 6100mm and non-load-bearing width of 1000mm.
This semi-finished product is then divided into a final dimension at diving workplace according to the customers requirements.
Standard width : the size of the grate is 1000mm in a minus tolarance 0-4mm. Beacouse in this case we dont losing any materials during the producion of gratings, we suggest this width for the largest number of gratings. We use other widths only to supplement the total length of the platform of footbridges. .
Production width: the final dimension of the grate is designed as a multiple of the axial spacing of the bearing tape 34.3 mm. This dimension is finished with a bearing tape and it is not neccesary to additionally line to grate after cutting, see table.

Atypical width: the final non-bearing dimension of the grate is required between the supporting tapes (in the middle of the mesh) and therefore we must additionally edge the grating after cutting.
