Profiled stairs treads

Stairs treads are made from all types of profiled gratings.
Perforated profile stairs treads has first line of gaps as stepping edge.
If is required can be added stepping edge with serrated tape.
On the side are profiled stairs treads ended with sides like in steel gratings.

h:gratings height (40,50,75mm),

c:sides height (standard 70mm),

b:height for drilling gaps (standard 55mm),

n: spacing gaps

Stairs treads we are delivering in atypical paratameters too, based on drawing documentation (it is necessary to state different spacing drill gaps).

Assemblv of profiled stairs treads:
During assembly of stairs treads to construction we are using galvanised fasteners/connecting material: screw M12x35 DIN 933, nut M12 DIN 934, and base underlay P13 DIN 125.
if during assembly will be between sides of stairs treads and construction of stair arm big backslash (danger of sides  defemormation during assembly), is necessary to allocate this backslash with another base underlays P13 before fixing stair tread to construction.
